This past March, SWE Eastern Nebraska hosted The Poised for Leadership Workshop with Jo Miller, theCEO of Women’s Leadership Coaching, Inc.This all day event wassponsored by the Society of Women Engineers HQ through a program development grant made possible by a generous donation from the ExxonMobile Foundation.

The Poised for Leadership Workshop was extremely valuable to SWE Eastern Nebraska members whoplanto become leaders in their respective engineering fields. Ms. Miller’s workshop provided our women with the tools needed to further theircareers and accomplish their personal leadership goals.

“Byfocusing our programs on what is truly valuable to ourmembers, we are seeing more involvement from themas well as an increase in membership,” says Lara.
