We have a special invitation for you!

On October 25, 2017, in Austin, Texas, the NXP Foundation will proudly launch the inaugural Young Women’s STEM Leadership Forum to honor the brightest young women and their academic and innovative achievements.

As the capstone to this event, the NXP Foundation will recognize 10 outstanding students with the Young Women’s STEM Student Achievement Award, which carries a cash prize ranging from $1,000 to $5,000 and important recognition of achievement, imagination, and commitment to making a difference in the world.

In addition to an exceptional line-up of speakers and panel discussions, the Forum will offer attendees an extraordinary opportunity for professional interface and dialogue with some of the industry’s top female technology leaders. The NXP Foundation Women’s STEM Leadership Forum precedes the Society of Women Engineers Annual Conference, WE17, which will be held from October 26-28, 2017, also in Austin.

NXP Foundation Women’s STEM Leadership Forum Registration Application      
This opportunity is available to outstanding female students in any field of science, technology, engineering, or math (STEM) who are in their sophomore, junior, or senior year of college. SWE Members with collegiate leadership experience are encouraged to attend. Participation in the event is limited. To be considered for attendance, submit your online registration application by October 9, 2017.

NXP Foundation Women’s STEM Student Achievement Award
This award also recognizes the accomplishment and vision of outstanding women students in the fields of STEM. The NXP Foundation will recognize 10 finalists for this award. The first-place prize winner will receive a $5,000 cash award. The second-place prize winner will receive a $2,000 cash award. The remaining finalists will each receive a $1,000 cash award. Finalists must attend the NXP Foundation Women’s STEM Leadership Forum in Austin, Texas, on October 25, 2017 to receive the cash award. To compete for the achievement award, submit your entry by email to nxp.foundation@nxp.com by October 16, 2017.
