Tessa Myers, Driven STEM Advocate who is Climbing the Global Leadership Ladder with Rockwell Automation
As Vice President, North America at Rockwell Automation, Tessa Myers is dedicated to driving the market share growth for North America by providing services and solutions to businesses. Throughout her 20-year career at Rockwell, Tessa has climbed the ladder through several key global leadership roles within Sales, Marketing and Business Product Management. Tessa regularly consults on “the future of manufacturing” and the “opportunity to leverage the Internet of Things” in manufacturing and production.
Though Tessa carries a great deal of responsibility at Rockwell Automation, she continues to speak out in support of increasing women in STEM. Tessa is a founding member of the “Women in Manufacturing” initiative with Canadian Manufactures and Exporters, and also serves on the National Board of Directors of the Canadian Manufactures and Exporters (CME).

Sonia Rocha-Sanchez, M.S., Ph.D., M.B.A, Biomedical Science Tenured Professor Whose Motto is “Whatever You Put Your Mind To, You Will Do It”
Sonia Sanchez’s life motto is seen throughout her career and personal journey. Sonia is a tenured Professor of Human Physiology and Biomedical Sciences and Assistant Dean of Research at the Creighton University School of Dentistry. She is also the Vice-President and Co-Founder of F&S Medical Solutions, a startup dedicated to the research and development of medical devices and therapies for a variety of diseases.
In her role as a scientist and educator, Sonia has been continuously involved with coaching and mentoring of junior faculty, post-doctoral fellows, and graduate and undergraduate students. She leads an active research program at the Creighton University School of Dentistry and has been funded by several federal and private institutions.
She serves on several national research advisory boards and as a consultant for many medically-relevant technology transfer projects. She is particularly passionate about mentoring and creating opportunities for disadvantaged youth interested in science and medicine.

Eliz Greene is Ridiculously Excited About Stress
Surviving a heart attack at age 35 while seven months pregnant with twins propelled Eliz Greene on a mission to share her story and inspire other busy people to pay attention to their health. Recognizing stress as an essential and often under-addressed risk factor, Eliz conducted a research study on job stress.
Eliz is an author and writes a Top Health and Wellness Blog. She was named as a Top Online Influencer on Stress and Heart Health. She’s been seen on CNN, PBS, Lifetime, TNT, and many national and local news programs. A national spokesperson and advocate for the American Heart Association, Eliz received the Heart Hero Award in 2010. More recently, she has partnered on the Take Cholesterol To Heart campaign. Today, Eliz is a healthy 52-year-old living in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with her wonderful husband, Clay, their beautiful (now 17-year-old) daughters.
