Noelle Cochran, P.E., SWE Senior Member (Region I, Denver, CO) has been named a National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE) Fellow. The NSPE Fellow Program recognizes professional engineers who have demonstrated long-term professional service in NSPE and who have demonstrated exemplary service to the profession, NSPE and the community.
