Accountability is a major issue at many organizations.  Bosses hate to constantly bug people for their completed work and resent hearing nothing but excuses, while direct reports resent being blamed for things not entirely in their control. No one likes these difficult and emotional confrontations.

However, it doesn’t have to be that way.  There are ways to create mutual accountability where team members gladly and willingly choose to collaborate to achieve team results. Instead of getting things done through compliance (I will do it because I will get blamed or punished if I don’t), you can create an environment in which things get done through commitment (I will do it because I want to do it).

The webinar will present a model and tools for building mutually-accountable teams by looking at what team leaders and members can do to create an environment of commitment over compliance: an environment in which team members feel accountable for team results and not just their individual results.

This webinar is generously sponsored by Kimberly-Clark.
