Soon the Society of Women Engineers Bylaws Committee will begin preparing Society bylaws motions for the Winter Senate meeting in Austin on January 28, 2017. The bylaws committee must have proposed society bylaws amendments at least 90 days prior to the Senate meeting and request submittals by October 30, 2016. If you already know you’d like to submit a proposed amendment to the society bylaws, feel free to contact anyone on the bylaws committee ahead of this due date. The most important information we need from you is the exact intent of the motion so we can help make sure it accomplishes what you want it to accomplish. Please submit your proposed changes or any questions to firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com using the form found in SWE Resources (under “Society Bylaws”).
