Participants will learn the key components and value of developing SMART (specific, measurable, agreed upon, realistic, and time-based) goals and objectives for their program(s).  Objectives:

  • Understand the value of SMART goals and objectives.
  • Learn what is and is not classified as a SMART goal or objective.
  • View examples of SMART goals and logic models.
  • Develop strategies to build consensus around the creation of SMART goals and objectives.
