I am pleased to present the information for the FY19 Society of Women Engineers election.

This election will select:

  • President-Elect, Treasurer, and three Directors
  • Three Trustees
  • Deputy Speaker of the Senate and Secretary of the Senate
  • One Senate position from each region (elected by members of each region)
  • One International Senate position (elected by the International Members)
  • Region A Representative to the Society Nominating Committee (elected by the members of Region A)

Electronic ballot – For information on the candidates or to cast your vote go to SWE.SocietyElection.com and enter your unique control code to access the site. Your unique control code was delivered via e-mail on April 1, 2018 from HQ@swe.org. In order to successfully log into to this portal you will need to retrieve your unique control code from this e-mail.

Paper ballot – If you would prefer a paper ballot, please call +1-585-377-4235 to obtain a paper ballot package. Note that paper ballots must be postmarked no later than May 1, 2018. If possible, please use the electronic voting option since it is less costly and timelier.

Your ballot will only display the candidates for the elections in which you are eligible to vote. Please consider your selections carefully – once you submit your ballot, your selections are final and cannot be revoked or changed.
