The Society of Women Engineers is hosting its first WE Local conference in the Czech Republic: WE Local Europe in Prague. The conference is 16-18, May, 2018. It’s a three-day experience that will cover what women need to know to advance in their careers, land future job opportunities, and reach their fullest potential as women engineers.
Women in engineering and technology and students studying engineering should attend WE Local Europe in Prague, CZ to receive education and professional development that will allow them to advance in their careers, connect with other like-minded women to share business strategies and insights, and explore new job opportunities that will shape their future.
Aisling Hinderliter has worked for Caterpillar for 22 years. She is the Engineering Manager for a global team of engineers for the Product Line Longwall, based in Luenen, Germany. Hinderliter and her team design Longwall systems used in Underground Mining. They are responsible for new product design, and support of product in the field.
Other assignments include certified 6 Sigma Master Black Belt, Acquisition Integration Manager for Components, Division Safety Champion and Division Cost Manager. Hinderliter’s interests include boating, reading and travelling. She has two daughters with her husband and they enjoy spending free time with family. Hinderliter has been a member of SWE and on the Education Committee for St Thomas, Peoria, Illinois.
