The Mentoring Facilitation Work Group (MFWG), under governance of the SWE Membership Committee, facilitates and increases the visibility of existing SWE mentoring programs and shares tools, resources and best practices.

Please join us for this month’s call to discuss how we can better promote mentoring in SWE. We will also discuss mentoring best practices and resources/tools you would like to see as leaders of local mentoring programs. We are making plans to develop a centralized SWE webinars, mentoring website and social media pages as focal points of information on mentorship offerings within the Society, and we need YOUR help!

This group is open to anyone, both professional and collegiate SWE members.
