This interactive web session will address how the global workplace, organizations and employees will change in the next 10-15 years. Author and futurist Alexandra Levit will explore what the future of work has to offer – from technology advances to the human advantage. By discussing the implications of these developments, individuals will be in an excellent position to be both productive and competitive in the workforce of tomorrow.

By the end of this session, you should be able to:

  1. Recognize how 21st-century demographics will impact who is available to work, and where.
  2. Identify what hybrid teams are, and describe the unique skills of both humans and machines.
  3. Identify ways to succeed in an environment with differing and frequently changing work arrangements.

SWE is accredited by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) and is accredited to issue the IACET CEU. In order to earn CEUs for this course, you must complete the full course and pass the knowledge check assessment with an 80%.


The Society of Women Engineers (SWE) has been approved as an Authorized Provider by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET), 1760 Old Meadow Road, Suite 500, McLean, VA 22102; (703) 506-3275. In obtaining this approval, the SWE has demonstrated that it complies with the ANSI/IACET 1-2007 Standard which is recognized internationally as a standard of good practice. As a result of their Authorized Provider membership status, SWE is authorized to offer IACET CEUs for its programs that qualify under the ANSI/IACET 1-2007 Standard.

We will not share information with a third party.  Members have a right to inspect and review their education records.  Education Records may be disclosed to a third party only if the member has given written permission for the additional disclosure.
