With the conference only a couple of months out, you might be wondering:

How is a WE Local Conference and its extensive programming created?

It truly takes a village… or to be specific: three villages working together to bring you a unique WE Local experience! The conference wouldn’t be possible without the hard work and vision of SWE Headquarters (HQ), the WE Local Advisory Board (LAB), and the support from your WE Local Host Committee (LHC).
