Gita Singham-Willis is an inspirational individual who has embraced the challenges of male-dominated industries and career bias as not only a woman, but a woman of Asian heritage.
Gita is a founding partner of a leading digital and technology consultancy, Cadence Innova, which has been recognized as one of Financial Time’s Top 20 Digital Transformation consultancies and was voted by Corporate Vision as the UK’s Most Empowering Female Management Consultancy of 2019.
Winner of the Inspiring Leadership Trust 2018 Inspirational Leadership award, Gita is passionate about building truly value-driven organisations and delivering inclusion and diversity in the workplace—both for her clients and at Cadence Innova, where 62% of employees are women. She led the delivery of the UK Government’s first-ever Gender Pay Gap, digital-by-default, reporting service for both public and private sectors and has also been at the cutting edge of the UK Government’s Digital and Technology drive.
