SWE has officially launched our external website and recruiting efforts for our next cohort of the Re-Empower program — now Raytheon Technologies Re-Empower Program, which combines the UTC Re-Empower Program and Raytheon Re-Launch Program.
The Raytheon Technologies Re-Empower Program provides a unique opportunity to support experienced professionals as they relaunch their careers after taking a two or more year career break. The program provides professional development, training, mentoring and networking with the goal of transitioning into full-time or part-time roles at Raytheon Technologies.
The Raytheon Technologies Re-Empower Program:
- Begins September 21, 2020
- goes for 14 weeks
- includes a company benefits program
How the program works:
Over the course of the 14-week program, participants will gain paid, on-the-job experience and have an opportunity to network with leadership, develop personalized plans for success and receive coaching to guide their return-to-work experience. Upon completion of the program, based on performance and contributions participants will be eligible for a career at Raytheon Technologies.
Ideal candidates should:
- Be on a 2+ year career break
- Have interest in returning in either a full-time or part-time position
- Have prior experience in a functional area of interest
How to get started:
Bring your knowledge, experience and creativity back to the workforce through exciting and challenging opportunities. The next cohort will run from September 21, 2020 – December 23, 2020. Positions will be posted on a rolling basis. Check back frequently to explore openings.
