Motivational keynote speaker Smita Tharoor is a thought leader on the unconscious bias and how it influences all of us. She is the co-founder of Culturelytics, a company that uses artificial intelligence to understand culture in an organisation, and also the founder of Tharoor Associates. She is a TEDx speaker, broadcaster, trainer, coach, mentor, mindfulness practitioner and associate lecturer.
Whether it’s speaking at an online leadership conference spanning countries around the world or talking about “successes and failures” in London, Smita is seen as empowering and inspiring. She connects with the audience on a personal level and people remember the talk long after it was given. Working in different parts of the world gives her a unique advantage in understanding the expectations and needs of a global economic workforce.
