Calling all 9th–12th grade girls interested in STEM!
SWE invites any 9th-12th grade girls interested in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) to the world’s largest conference for women engineers—WE21—held this year in Indianapolis, Indiana, from October 21-23! All girls registered for the SWE Girls Program will participate in a hands-on engineering experience with members of the Society of Women Engineers.

Your ideal program: Invent It. Build It. (IIBI) High School Girls Program. Visit engineering exhibits, colleges and companies. Network with women engineers and build with other girls.
…STEM INVOLVED. I do STEM activities and am thinking about a career in engineering.
Invent It. Build It. gives you the opportunity to do the hands-on engineering activities you already love while learning how engineers help people make a difference in the world.

Attendees will learn about engineering clubs, camps, after-school programs, and competitions from a wide variety of exhibitors at the Invent it. Build it. EXPO.
The girls participating in the SWE Girls Program and those participating in the PEP program will have the opportunity to explore the EXPO from 9:00 – 11:50 AM. During this time, the EXPO will be an open house, and participants may come and go as they please.
