Johanna Vazquez is a Consumer-Packaged Goods professional with over twenty years of experience leading regional and global Research & Development teams in the food and beverages industry. She has set and executed a variety of innovation and transformation agendas and she is deeply involved in Talent Recruiting, Mentoring and Diversity & Inclusion programs. She is currently a Sr. Director of Break-Through Innovation at PepsiCo.

Johanna holds a B.S. and M.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico as well as a Masters in Global Food Technology and Innovation from Rutgers University. She has been the recipient of several awards including most recently, the SWE Global Leadership Award and The PepsiCo Consumer Centricity Chairman Award. She is a first-generation college graduate and the mother of a 9-year-old boy. She is passionate about inspiring women to pursue their dreams and helping them navigate work and life.

Ann Seyboldt, Linde

Ann lives to conquer challenges and make connections. She is known as a champion for diversity and an ally for under-represented populations in the workplace. Today she is driving development, implementation and management of global EHS systems and processes as Associate Director of Global Quality at Linde. Her work has involved travel to four continents and execution of multiple projects across several businesses. Ann navigated workforce re-entry after several years of focus on raising her children, and she continues to grow professionally while balancing life as a mother of three, giving back to her community, maintaining an active lifestyle, and engaging with a community of friends. Prior to taking on her global quality role, Ann worked in Research and Development as a Senior Technology Business Analyst and in Global Electronics as a Quality and Productivity Manager. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Valparaiso University and an MBA from Canisius College.

Patricia “Trish” Clark, Director, Chief Engineer Naval Combat and Missile Defense Systems

WE Local Event: Buffalo Keynote Speakers -Trish Clark has over 25 years experience working in Aegis, including 15 years serving as overall Technical Director for the production of seven Aegis baseline systems. She was named Chief Engineer for Naval Combat and Missile Defense Systems (NC&MDS) in October 2021. In this capacity, she is responsible for the technical oversight, direction, strategy, and execution of NC&MDS Programs. In addition to the strategic responsibilities associated with the Chief Engineer role, she manages the technical leaders who have responsibility for programs including Aegis Development (US and International), Ballistic Missile Defense, Ship Self Defense System (SSDS), Littoral Combat Ship (LCS), Coast Guard, MultiMission Surface Combatant, System Security and the Common Source Library (CSL). Prior to her appointment as the NC&MDS Chief Engineer, Ms. Clark served most recently as the NC&MDS International Submarket Chief Engineer. Her responsibility included all international Aegis programs as well as international pursuits in other surface combatant opportunities.

Ms. Clark has also served as the Technical Director for the Spanish F-110 Frigate Program. Her responsibility included the technical leadership for the development and integration of the Lockheed Martin Solid State Radar Common Product, SPY-7 and the International Aegis Fire Control Loop with the Navantia Combat Management System, SCOMBA. Ms. Clark has also served as the Technical Director for the Accelerated Mid-Term Interoperability Project (AMIIP). AMIIP was a three-year US Navy initiative focused on the improvement of interoperability across both the surface and naval airborne fleet. The improvements are now fielded across Aegis Cruisers and Destroyers, Aircraft Carriers, Amphibious Assault Ships (LHD) and E-2 Aircraft. Ms. Clark has also served at the Technical Director for the US Navy Baseline 7 Phase 1. This was the first Aegis Baseline utilizing all COTS Processing (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) and incorporated a new SPY-1 D(V) Signal Processor. Ms. Clark received her Bachelor’s Degree from Drexel University. She currently lives in Medford, NJ with her husband Christopher.
