Kristen is a Director of Engineering for Cummins Inc. where she has worked for the past 12 years. She coaches a team that supports engineering effectiveness projects under the Chief Technical Officer. Kristen has also led efforts to support teams and coaches throughout the Cummins engineering organization, worked as a part of engineering recruiting, led the Cummins Women in Technology Conferences, and is now co-leading Global Development projects for Cummins Inclusion Projects.

In her spare time, Kristen enjoys volunteering at her church, traveling, watching ballet and spending time with her family.

Sam East is a media personality based in Toronto, Canada. You can hear her on “Sam & Dames” in the afternoon from 3-7PM on Toronto’s #1 Hit Music Station, 99.9 Virgin Radio, and with the iHeartRadio Canada app.

You can see regular content uploaded to her 43k+ followers on TikTok featuring pop culture analysis, behind the scenes of working in radio, empowering affirmations, and a candid look at life in a Filipino family. Sam is currently pursuing a certification in Meditation Teacher Training.
