Heather Ulrich is the recipient of the SWE Work/Life Integration Award and is a NPI Manager at Caterpillar.
During her first pregnancy while working for Caterpillar, Heather discovered the need for support for working moms in the workspace and was instrumental in the creation of the Caterpillar Moms Employee Network.
