SWE’s Strong Membership Base is a Driving Force of the Organization’s Success

Since FY20, SWE has honored members reaching 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, and 50-year milestones of outstanding membership commitment to the Society on an annual basis every July.

SWE has over 150 active members who have held membership with SWE for 50 years or more.

As SWE members, engineers and technologists from all walks of life join in a legacy that is nearly 75 years in the making. The ongoing dedication of our members empowers SWE as a global leader in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging for women and those who are underrepresented within the fields of engineering and technology. We are stronger as a Society through the work, service, and leadership of our members.

We are pleased to share that members who joined SWE during the years below have been appropriately recognized to receive milestone pins according to the following anniversaries:

Any questions or concerns regarding this process should be directed to membership@swe.org. We look forward to again recognizing members who will achieve their milestone years in FY26 (7/1/2025 – 6/30/2026).
