The SWE Board of Directors will vote on these changes following the 45-day notice period.

Outcome
On Feb. 27, 2025, during an in-person meeting, the SWE Board of Directors voted on Bylaws Amendment motion B2520 Amend SWE Bylaws – Absolve Non-Strategic Duties and Responsibilities of Senate.
With the full Board of Directors present, the motion was unanimously ADOPTED, and the SWE Bylaws are amended.
