SWENext, the Society of Women Engineers’ free precollege program, provides access and opportunity for students of all genders, ages 5-18, to explore their curiosity and interest in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). Three powerful components of the program — SWENext Awards, SWENext Pathways, and SWE Emerging First-Year Scholars Scholarship — enables students to envision what a career in engineering looks like to #BeThatEngineer and empowers them to start their journey.

SWE Emerging First-Year Scholars Scholarship
This scholarship is open to all students entering their first year of undergraduate study, including current high school seniors! Submit one application to be considered for all first-year scholarships for which you are eligible. Plus, current SWENext students receive additional consideration.
