Join the HeForSWE Affinity Group for an interactive session on women in professional STEM fields and women in the collegiate engineering career path. Utilizing an interactive tool to connect and collaborate with the audience, this session will use real-time input on the discussion questions to lead a conversation on the current state of women in engineering, methods for increasing allyship and awareness, and actions for change. Updated statistics surrounding women in STEM will be included throughout the session and provide added insight. Our collaborative session will prompt you to embrace and share your experiences and stories and generate conversation and discussion around ways that we can continue to create and nurture supportive environments.
