Celebrate National Mentoring Month With SWE

Join the SWE community to celebrate National Mentoring Month this year as we recognize the power of mentorship and its role in advancing women in engineering.

At SWE, mentoring opportunities are available at conferences and other live events and through the SWE Mentor Network, an exclusive members-only community for sharing experiences, cultivating connections, and providing guidance for both mentors and mentees to support career growth and development.

Additionally, check out this curated list of SWE’s top blog posts, podcast episodes, magazine articles, and online courses.
