Patty is the executive director of the Nevada Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors. She served as the first female president of the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying, also known as NCEES. NCEES is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing professional licensure for engineers and surveyors.
