SWENext clubs were asked to tackle the question of “What new engineering field do you see emerging in the next fifty years?” To communicate their ideas, the clubs made a virtual creation that depicted what the world would be like with this new field. Winners of this challenge exemplify curiosity, innovation and enthusiasm for the future of STEM.

To congratulate their efforts, all winners will receive monetary funds for their club’s activities and events, a club spotlight in the HS newsletter and will have their creation posted on SWE’s website and social media!
1st Place: Enloe SWENext WiCS Club

2nd Place: WE STEM
WE STEM predicted Planetary Agricultural Engineering to take over in the future. They will receive $75!
3rd Place: Fremd High School SWENext Club
Fremd High School SWENext Club speculates that Holo Engineering will play a key role in years to come. They will receive $25!
