For over a decade, Vandana served as Chair & Board member for Asians in Action (AIA), an Employee Resource Group at Dell which promotes inclusion, advancement, and integration of Asian employees. Currently, Vandana serves on the board of Dress for Success, a non-profit that strives to empower women on their path to economic independence.
