We’re asking SWE members how they’ve experienced SWE’s Core Values of integrity, inclusive environment, mutual support, professional excellence, and trust.
“Imagine being the one-percent of the one percent, as a Latina woman in engineering, I live and breathe diversity every day. Being part of the SWE community for many years has provided me with an open and inclusive environment where I have found career development, mentoring and networking opportunities with other like-minded people. SWE is a global organization that embraces diversity and inclusion. I am very proud to be part of this effort.” – Claudia Galván, SWE Professional, Senior Member
