Maudsley covers the different types of neurodiversity, the accommodations needed to make everyone successful, strategies for self-advocacy, and real-world examples of how to foster inclusion for those with ADHD, autism, dyspraxia, dyslexia, and other cognitive differences.

Holly Maudsley has over 25 years of experience at 3M that spans multiple states, plant sites and divisions.

Now Holly is the Pilot Plant Manager for Abrasives Systems, the largest division within 3M. She holds a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from South Dakota School of Mines & Technology,

She has worked with people of all abilities and has witnessed the success of business with all neuro types included. Additionally, Holly has a lifetime of experience of schooling and working with ADHD, as well as parenting a child with ADHD.
