GradSWE is the graduate student community of the Society of Women Engineers (SWE). GradSWE is comprised of graduate students and professionals engaged in supporting the needs of graduate student members. They support graduate students with resources and information necessary for successfully navigating graduate school and professional careers.
The GradSWE team aims to improve dialogue with global affiliate members and create resources to benefit international students studying away from their home country. GradSWE’s current ongoing tasks include:
- Encouraging students to share their cultural experiences via featured blog posts
- Creating a sub-team to work more closely with graduate students studying abroad as well as SWE global affiliates
- Establishing professional development resources tailored for international graduate students
