Registration for ALWE is going on from August 23 until September 10, 2021.  Don’t miss your chance to take part in an incredible program for Academic Leaders in Engineering and Technology. 

Register now  for SWE’s Academic Leadership for Women Engineers (ALWE) program. ALWE addresses the need for more women in academic leadership positions in engineering and technology, and fosters the professional growth of women in academia.

Highlights of the ALWE program include:

  • Free registration to WE21 annual conference and career fair, taking place in Indianapolis, Indiana from October 21-23, 2021 both virtually and in person. 
  • Year-round virtual programming starting January 8, 2022, that helps deliver useful tools on topics such as DE&I, leadership, self-care, and negotiation, by leaders in the field of engineering academia.
  • Learning strategies and tools to advance leadership roles within academia
  • Expanding an existing network of women in academia.
  • Free access to Advance Learning Center programs, an extensive collection of on-  demand webinars covering a variety of topics that can help propel your career.
