In accordance with the Society of Women Engineers Bylaws, Article XIII – AMENDMENT, this proposed bylaws amendment is being presented to the membership.
The SWE Senators will vote on these changes with an electronic ballot following the 45 day notice period. The amendment proposal contains the rationale and pro/con considerations.

Outcome:
On May 19, 2022 the electronic ballot by the Senate for S2205: Amend Bylaws to Remove In-Person Meeting Requirements and Align Meeting Notice Requirements completed with all votes received. The Bylaws amendment was ADOPTED with 19 votes in favor and 0 votes against.
