Hayley Mulenda

Auto Draft -Hayley Mulenda is a Multi-Award Winning International Speaker, Author and Change Agent who has spoken to tens of thousands of people across the world sharing her story on how she turned her pain to purpose.

After nearly taking her own life at the age of 18 from being overwhelmed by the inability to balance studying, business and her personal life, Hayley realized how mental health issues are increasingly affecting millennials and she was passionate to do something about it.

In under 4 years, Hayley has had the opportunity to share her story drawing from her own experiences, which has resonated with over 40,000 people as she has spoken on some of the world’s greatest stages from The Houses of Parliament to Wembley Arena to Oslo Spektrum, as well as working with some of the world’s leading firms running seminars, workshops and keynote presentations. Hayley specializes in delivering unforgettable and powerful keynotes that show that trials don’t happen to you, they can happen for you. 

Hayley was recognized by 10 Downing Street, Mayor of London, NatWest and Black Enterprise Mogul as one of the most influential black Entrepreneurs in the UK and also received The Diana Award in 2020. She has published her Award-Winning Book “The ABCs To Student Success” which rated for 4.9* on Amazon where she uses the alphabet in a unique way to teach, empower and encourage others to keep pushing on.

Hayley’s work has impacted institutions and corporations from all over the world, as she sits on and works with FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 consulting their senior leaders and young talent to help implement change, strategy and synergy. Her insight has been used to help government officials and The Commonwealth Secretariat to have a greater understanding of well-being for the next generation.

Pam Robertshaw

Pam Robertshaw joined Raytheon in August 2020 as Head of Performance Excellence. Pam joined the Company from Rolls-Royce Plc where she spent 15 years, working first in Defense Aerospace as Head of Business Development and Program Executive on the Joint Strike Fighter Program. In 2010, she moved to the Rolls-Royce Civil Aerospace business where she undertook a number of Program Executive appointments including delivery of 3 new engine types on the Trent 1000 and Trent 7000 Programs for Boeing and Airbus. 

Prior to joining Rolls-Royce, Pam spent 13 years in the Royal Navy as an Air Engineering Officer, serving in a variety of appointments including managing the maintenance of helicopter fleets, program management, training junior officers and working in Whitehall as military assistant to the Vice Chief of Defense Staff. She has an honors degree in Engineering (Aero Systems) from the Royal Naval College and an MBA from Imperial College, London.

Originally from Lancashire, Pam now lives in Staffordshire, England with her husband Iain and children, Alexander and Philippa (10 year old twins!). In her spare time, Pam enjoys running, singing and hot air ballooning with her family. 

Robin Torres-Hendrich

Robin Torres-Hendrich is Vice President of Service Transformation at Jacobs in Europe. In her current role, Robin is responsible for transforming the operations of the group and leading the shift to becoming a more digital organization.

Robin trained as a civil engineer and started her career as a structural engineer before transitioning into construction management and operational excellence. At Jacobs, Robin has held multiple leadership roles on major programs, was Lean Director in the Major Projects & Programs Group and Head of Business Solutions in Strategic Consulting before transitioning into her role now, which spans across the European business.

Robin is a Positive Mental Health Champion, a STEM ambassador and a mentor. She is a member of the Jacobs Women’s Network and is a thought leader in Lean, speaking at many Lean conferences worldwide. She is the executive co-sponsor of the LGBTQIA+ PRISM Network for Jacobs in Europe.
