SWE is excited to announce the launch of its new and improved SWE Research site!

The research site was first introduced in 2016. Over the past five years, SWE has populated the site with data and research resources that our members and the public have found useful in their efforts to diversify the engineering and technology workforce. Pulling data from reliable sources, including the National Center for Education Statistics and the National Science Foundation, the website serves as a one-stop-shop for those who seek the data that justifies the need for systemic change. Over time, this site has become dense with information, but difficult to maneuver around to find what you need.

To address this issue, we have redesigned the site to improve user functionality. Our new site is now housed within the main SWE.org website, allowing visitors easier access to the research. Within the SWE Research site, visitors will find a more user-friendly interface, with dropdown menus under major headings, a listing of the most recent updates to the site, and its own search bar.

We hope that you find this site easy to use. Let us know what you think!
