What is one food that always makes you think of your family and Latinx culture?

Chile Rellenos, Its such a labor of love and every-time I eat one I think of my mom. While Im in graduate school and being so far from my family, I have a couple of restaurants I will go to if Im missing home. It feels like being in my parents dining room when I sit with my mom and dad to eat with them. I love how food can make you feel close to the ones you love.

I suppose tacos but in my opinion the most famous dish should be enchiladas.
