Founded in 2021, the Technical Career Path Affinity Group is focused on being a guiding light to and supporting women as technical leaders in their career path. Working with SWE committees and other affinity groups, Technical Career Path Affinity Group members enjoy access to additional expertise, community, and networking focused on their growth on their technical career journey.
