Getting to the Conference

SWE has shuttle routes that will connect participating hotels with McCormick Place. Find the routes and more information online.

Parking at McCormick Place is in two lots: Parking Lot A and Parking Lot B. The cost to park in Parking Lot A is $26 for up to 16 hours; Parking Lot B is a flat rate of $17 per day. There are no in and out privileges. Additional parking information can be found in our FAQ.

Security at WE24

All individuals attending WE24 will be required to comply with a range of security measures that include metal detectors, bag checks, and canine units. Plan to arrive early and be prepared for a short wait to get into the building. SWE reserves the right to refuse entry to those who do not cooperate with these safety protocols and rules and regulations.

Safety & Inclusion at WE24

SWE is outlining clear expectations for attendees, as well as the proactive measures being implemented to ensure a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment at the WE24 event. If you experience or witness unwanted harassment or unacceptable behavior, please email safety@swe.org immediately.

Safety Tips: Only wear your badge inside the convention center or event hotels. When walking in the evening, stick to well-lit streets and always walk in pairs at a minimum. Keep cell phones tucked away, pay attention to your surroundings, and leave valuables at home.
