Since the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) launched in Korea in 2020, SWE Korea has hosted annual conferences to create connections among engineers, future leaders, and industry partners. On Nov. 27, SWE Korea held its third year-end conference in Seoul.

Over 100 attendees gathered at ASEM Tower 5F, CISCO Korea, for the 2024 conference. Centered around the theme “Innovate Beyond Limits,” the event featured keynote speeches, tech-sharing sessions, small group networking sessions, and personal talks from experts across various fields.

Conference highlights included:

  • Innovate: Cho Eun-jung, executive director of KOLON, inspired attendees with her vision for future innovation.
  • Elevate: Kim Young-pyo, manager at GM, and Bonnie Kim, manager at HP, shared valuable insights into fostering leadership and driving personal growth.
  • Integrate: Top global companies provided practical strategies and actionable ideas during tech-sharing sessions.
