Upload Your CV to the Career Center
For those attending WE25, upload your resume and flag that you are attending WE25 so that exhibitors (all of whom have access to our Career Center) can find your resume and set up in-person interviews. Download the steps to upload your resume and tag WE25.
All attendees are strongly encouraged to upload their resume to the SWE Career Center and flag it as “Attending WE25.” All exhibitors will have access to this resume pool and will actively reach out to individuals with whom they wish to speak or interview.
Getting to the Conference
SWE has shuttle routes that will connect participating hotels with the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. Find the routes and more information online.
There are multiple parking lots located on the South end of the Convention Center across from Halls H, I and J. The current daily parking rate is $23 per vehicle and $42 per oversized vehicle, with no in-and-out privileges. MCCNO is a cashless venue. Parking fees are paid through the ParkMobile app. Click here for more information on parking at MCCNO.
Security at WE25
All individuals attending WE25 will be required to comply with a range of security protocols designed to ensure the safety of all participants. Please plan to arrive early and anticipate a short wait before entering the building. SWE reserves the right to refuse entry to those who do not cooperate with these safety protocols and Rules & Regulations.
Safety & Inclusion at WE25
SWE is outlining clear expectations for attendees, as well as implementing proactive measures, to ensure a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment at the WE25 event. If you experience or witness unwanted harassment or unacceptable behavior, please email safety@swe.org immediately.

Safety Tips: Only wear your badge inside the convention center or event hotels. When walking in the evening, stick to well-lit streets and always walk in pairs at a minimum. Keep cell phones tucked away, pay attention to your surroundings, and leave valuables at home.
