Anshu Sharma Raja| CIO, Consumer Private Business Banking at Standard Chartered Bank
From a C++ programmer in the mid 1990s to date, her professional journey has allowed her an experience across markets, industries, and networks. A technology leader with over 20 years of experience with premier investment banks and technology firms, Anshu has developed products, solutions, and led global programmes. She has been recognized as one of the top 10 influential data science leaders in 2017 by Analytics India Magazine. She also sits on the Wiley Advisory Council and has co-authored the Innovation Black Book for Exponential Technologies.
Anshu joined the Standard Chartered Bank in September 2018 and since then has successfully led and delivered the modernization of the digital platform for individual and business banking clients. Anshu is an avid diversity champion and continues to be an ambassador and mentor for talent development efforts and D&I champion. She is also a passionate traveler, hobbyist photographer, and mom of two.
Neeraja Ganesh| TEDx Speaker; Head of Education Initiatives, Aspire For Her
Neeraja is an experienced speaker, delivering talks across the globe on a variety of topics. In her professional role, she heads the Education Initiatives at Aspire For Her, an organization with a vision to impact 1 million+ women and add 5B$ to India’s GDP through increased participation of women in the workforce by 2025. She strongly believes that mentorship is extremely beneficial in the development and growth of individuals, and is herself a mentor on a variety of platforms.
In a freelance capacity, Neeraja conducts various training programs on leadership and behaviors. She switched her career to work in the gender diversity space after a successful 25-year career in Information Technology. Prior to Aspire For her, she served as the Director – Relationships at National Education Society of Karnataka and also headed the JobsForHer Foundation, which was setup to bridge the gender gap in India.
Sarika Naik| Chief Marketing Officer & Chairperson, Diversity – India, Capgemini
Sarika bears nearly two decades of rich and diverse industry experience, with a rare combination of global marketing, sales & corporate functions. At Capgemini, she is responsible for enhancing the brand amongst customers, employees and industry at large. She has been also playing an active role in shaping the organisation’s diversity practices and is committed towards building a more inclusive workplace at Capgemini. Sarika is also a Capgemini Expert in Corporate Functions, Front Line Sales, and Global Marketing.
Sarika is also appointed as the Head of the Center Head Organization (CHO) at Capgemini in India. The CHO is the nerve-center of the 100,000+ organization with presence across 12 locations in India and plays a pivotal role in creating a uniform, consistent, sustainable and scalable Capgemini experience for all stakeholders – both internal and external – across all locations. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering and a Master’s degree in Marketing Management. Sarika is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt in DMAIC, LEAN and TQSS Methodologies.
