On Sept. 28, the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) Pune Affiliate and the Whirlpool Pune Tech Center hosted the “WOW That’s Engineering” outreach event. The event aimed to inspire 40 10th grade girls to explore STEM.
Participants engaged in hands-on projects like building scribbler bots and assembling wind turbines, fostering real-world engineering experiences. The initiative sought to empower young women and break stereotypes about engineering careers.
