By recognizing the existence of bias in the workplace, we can begin to address the impacts these biases have on individuals within the company and make changes to improve workplace outcomes. Join SWE for January workshops in India where SWE will provide a brief overview of the bias patterns explored in this research and a summary of the survey results. Through interactive discussion, workshop participants will have the opportunity to offer their reactions to the research and share their personal experiences with bias. Recommendations for mitigating bias in the workplace will also be discussed.
