Swe Magazine Earns Publishing AccoladesHonoring excellence in “stunning design and uncompromising journalism” in the magazine industry for more than 20 years, FOLIO’s Eddie and Ozzie competition acknowledged SWE Magazine at a formal awards function in October. The distinguished competition reaches across all sectors of the industry, this year drawing more than 2,500 entries in 33 categories. The Eddie Awards recognize editorial excellence, while the Ozzies honor excellence in magazine design.

SWE Magazine received top honors with an Ozzie for Art Director JoAnn Dickey’s Table of Contents design in the Winter 2018 issue.

Dickey’s design work garnered honorable mentions in the Ozzie’s App/Digital Edition category for the Spring 2018 issue, as well as for the Fall 2017 cover.

In the latter part of 2018, the magazine also received recognition through the APEX Awards competition, including one Grand Award, the competition’s highest honor, and five awards for publishing excellence.
