eXXec provides a safe, personal, and engaging leadership development experience for up to 20 influential leaders, providing the opportunity to form a peer support network during and after the event. eXXec 2023 is the Society of Women Engineers executive leadership program created to deliver actionable high-performance strategies for mid-to senior-level professionals. eXXec takes a holistic approach to professional development by focusing on three pillars of leadership success:

- Leading People – Identify specific behaviors, tools, and actions to help you become the empowering and inclusive leader needed to thrive in challenging times.
- Leading Change – Successfully Implementing Change – Leading change has become a part of everyone’s job. With the breakneck pace of work, facilitating change has become a key to career success.
eXXec is an investment in a leader’s long-term stability and future with an organization. Leaders will receive a personalized Hogan Personality Inventory (HPT), Hogan Development Survey (HDS), Motives Values Personal Preferences Inventory (MVPI), a post-event Hogan Coaching feedback call, an invitation to attend the Executive Women’s Luncheon at SWE’s Annual Conference, as well as an experienced leadership network.
