Do you have a passion for inspiring the next generation of future engineers? SWE’s pre-college program, SWENext, will be hosting the premier live STEM event, Invent It. Build It., at WE23, on Saturday, Oct. 28, from 9:00 a.m.-12 p.m.! We need volunteers like you to make a lasting impression on students to know what an engineer looks like. Help us make a difference in the landscape of STEM by joining us on Saturday of the annual conference as a volunteer. Please note that onPeak is the official partner of WE23 and assigned by SWE. onPeak representatives will be available pre-conference and on site to assist attendees. SWE cannot guarantee room rates or availability by any company or representative other than onPeak. We ask that WE23 attendees not respond to any outside housing offers.
Global Attendee Registration Discount
To make registration costs accessible at an equitable price point to all attendees, SWE is pleased to offer attendees outside of the U.S. from low-income and middle-income countries a flat rate of $100 per person for professionals and $25 for collegiate students for in-person attendance at WE23. This discount cannot be combined with any other discount. To receive this rate, email membership@swe.org to receive a discount code and verify your contact information with SWE reflects your current country.
Due to limitations with the credit card processor associated with our primary registration vendor, attendees from Nigeria need to email membership@swe.org to pay for registration directly through SWE; all payments must be received by Oct. 15. After that period, attendees from Nigeria can purchase a Visa or MasterCard prepaid card in the United States and pay for registration on site at WE23. SWE cannot accept cash payments at WE23.
