We are pleased to share that in continuation of our endeavor to spread SWE’s mission, #SWEChennaiaffiliate collaborated with the Early Talent team @CaterpillarInc. India, reaching out to 500+ women engineers across the country to host the In Person – ???????????????????? ????????????????????????????????’ ???????????? ???????????????????????????? on 23rd and 24th February 2023.
On Day-1 of the event, students visited the ???????????????????????????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????????????? ???????????????????? ???????????????????????????????? to understand & experience the Cat Machine world & assembly lines. Day 2 of the event comprised several segments of structured sessions to impart technology overview among the students and networking sessions with Caterpillar leaders at ????????????, ???????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????. The girls also had the opportunity to understand long-term career opportunities in the manufacturing industry at Caterpillar.
