Webinar: Quieting Your Inner Critic and Moving Beyond Self-Doubt

Webinar: Quieting Your Inner Critic and Moving Beyond Self-DoubtImagine what you’d be doing if that voice saying, “I’m not ready yet” or, “I’m not sure if I’m qualified to do that” were no longer present. Imagine what women around the world would be doing if we were able to quiet our inner critics. On May 23, 2019, leadership expert Tara Mohr will conduct a webinar entitled Quieting your Inner Critic and Moving Beyond Self-Doubt. Using coaching experience and self-reflection exercises, Tara will guide participants through issues of self-doubt and provide practical applications to overcome it. This interactive web session will act as the Inner Critic 101 training that all women and girls should receive, so that self-doubt is no longer an oppressive force in our lives, so that it no longer holds us back from playing big.

By the end of the session, you should be able to:

  1. Describe the root cause of the inner critic.
  2. Identify when the inner critic is present, and discuss why the appropriate response is not simply “having more confidence.”
  3. Apply practical, moment-to-moment tools to utilize when self-doubt arises.
