Hi, I’m Colleen Layman, President of the Society of Women Engineers.

I’m in Philadelphia for our Corporate Partnership Council Winter meeting. We’re discussing the upcoming release of the Culture Study SWE sponsored. More information about the study will be coming out in the next few weeks.

We are also hosting a gathering of STEM Re-entry Task Force founding partners. They are busy launching their paid internship programs over the next few months.

SWE has been celebrating Black History Month with some terrific content here onξAll Together. I encourage you to check it out. You’ll find photos, videos and some great stories.

We are also moving forward on our governance update. Members can now visit governance.swe.org for information about this ongoing initiative.
