25 Girls-Only STEAM Programs We Love

(SWE), , WGBH's , , and the have teamed up for the 9th It's a one-day engineering experience for middle school and high school girls with a parallel program for parents and educators. Don't miss SWE's annual flagship event for girls, which will be held on October 20, 2018 at the Minneapolis Convention Center. Registration closes on October 19. Register now!

Invent it. Build it. EXPO

In the morning, girls attend our Outreach EXPO, and in the afternoon, they do a hands-on engineering activity with women engineers. The Outreach EXPO serves girls, families, educators and SWE members. Exhibitors offer demonstrations and interactive displays. They also share information about careers, engineering clubs, camps, after-school programs, competitions, best practices and outreach grants.

College Row is also a new part of Invent it. Build it. this year. Girls, parents, and educators can walk down College Row and meet representatives from colleges and universities with engineering degree programs, STEM summer programs, scholarship opportunities and more.
