Invent it. Build it. EXPO
In the morning, girls attend our Outreach EXPO, and in the afternoon, they do a hands-on engineering activity with women engineers. The Outreach EXPO serves girls, families, educators and SWE members. Exhibitors offer demonstrations and interactive displays. They also share information about careers, engineering clubs, camps, after-school programs, competitions, best practices and outreach grants.
Get ready to meet race car driver Ariel Biggs, who'll be onsite and serve as a MC for the event. The event will also be hosted by Deysi Melgar, co-host of Design Squad Global on PBS. Hear more from Deysi by clicking above and check out Ariel's video below.
College Row is also a new part of Invent it. Build it. this year. Girls, parents, and educators can walk down College Row and meet representatives from colleges and universities with engineering degree programs, STEM summer programs, scholarship opportunities and more.
