Registration and Badge Pick-up
If you haven’t already, register online now. Registration will remain open during the conference at the Minneapolis Convention Center on the Main Level outside of the Auditorium. The convention center is located at 1301 2nd Avenue S., Minneapolis, MN 55403. Badges are not pre-printed. They must be picked up at registration.

Mothers’ Rooms for nursing infants and taking care of small children are available from 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, Thursday, October 17 – Saturday, October 20. They are located in Minneapolis Convention Center on Level 2 near rooms 202B and 203A.
Flying to Minneapolis
Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport (612-726-5555) is located approximately thirteen miles north of downtown. The Light rail transit runs to downtown approximately every 10 minutes. To get from Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport to your destination: You can rent a car, take a taxi or limo, or ride a bus. Rental car service desks are located in the baggage claim area. All major companies are represented in Minneapolis. Taxis are available outside the baggage claim area.
Catching a Bus
City bus service is located in Terminal 1 Lindbergh Station of the Airport. To travel downtown, take Route 54. City bus pick up and drop off is located on the Upper East Roadway, located two levels above Level T. There is no bus pickup at Terminal 2-Humphrey. Passengers arriving at Terminal 2 must take light rail transit (or another means of transportation) to Terminal 1 to access city buses. There is no charge for rail service between MSP’s terminals.
Taking a Train
Light rail transit (LRT) trains stop at both Terminal 1-Lindbergh and Terminal 2-Humphrey and connect travelers to 17 other destinations, including downtown Minneapolis to the north. Trains run every 10 minutes during peak hours and typically every 10 to 15 minutes at other times of the day. Tickets are sold at ticket machines at the rail stations. A valid passport is required for travel into the United States from Mexico, Canada and other international destinations.
You must complete customs and immigration formalities at the first point of arrival in the U.S., whether or not it’s your final destination.
Visa Waiver Program
Travelers coming to the United States for tourism or business for 90 days or less from qualified countries may be eligible to visit the United States without a visa if they meet the visa waiver program requirements. Thirty-six countries currently participate in the Visa Waiver Program. Visit the Department of State for more information.
Uber and Lyft ride-sharing services will be available during WE18. Free mobile apps are available for both services in the iOS App Store and Android Apps on Google Play.
